The Way We Build Our Teams

It is the mission of TeamLeads Network sales force to organize cooperative alliances or "networks" of local geographically focused Teams of business professionals who give each other wholehearted aid through referrals, knowledge, mutual support, mentoring, and power partnerships. Our member's focus on their business and strive to give the ultimate customer service to each other and to the valuable customer referrals they give one another. We TLN focus on building the Team.

We only allow one member per profession per team. When you become a member you have exclusivity and no competition within the Team. TLN's goal is to not only have members give and receive business from each other, but provide the forum, knowledge and tools to show each member how to tap into their sphere-of-influence to provide referrals to their Team from people or businesses they know who need the services of their Teammates.
